The Department of Environmental Protection published notice on March 21 it has received water obstruction and encroachment applications for expanding a natural gas pipeline in Drumore and Fulton Townships in Lancaster County to serve a natural gas power plant in Maryland (PA Bulletin, page 1418).
The project proposes to permanently impact 418.41 linear feet of stream channel, 1.26 acre of floodway, and 0.26 acre of wetlands.
